Maintenance of cabinet air conditioner

Good maintenance is the best way to ensure the service life of equipment.

First of all, the use and maintenance of the cabinet air conditioner should be noted:

A. All maintenance work must be carried out by qualified professionals. Before maintenance, please disconnect the air conditioner power supply and signal line in advance.

B. If cleaning or wiping the dirt on the outside of the cabinet air conditioner, please use neutral cleaner, do not use organic solvent.

Maintenance of condenser and evaporator:

A. The external circulation air inlet is maintained with a filter net, and cleaned regularly with a soft brush. It is advisable to inspect regularly 3 to 4 times a year;

B. The fins of the condenser and evaporator should be cleaned regularly with a brush every year, 3 to 4 times is advisable;

Check electrical safety status:

A. Check whether the power wiring and communication wiring of the cabinet air conditioner is normal;

B. Check whether the cabinet air conditioner is running normally;

C. Check whether the refrigerating effect of the cabinet air conditioner is normal;

D. According to the maintenance frequency of the actual user's equipment, it is advisable to conduct regular inspection 3-4 times a year.
